Tribute: Festival Fringe Edinburgh 2017

Another rather obscure fanart but I think this event deserved it.
This summer I spent four full days of my vacation in Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland.
Mostly I was checking out the festival "Fringe", which is the greatest culture festival worldwide.

This festival offers something for everybody: from theater to storytelling to music to comedy to dance to cabaret, wether from Scotland or from around the world.
It was very exciting to explore the city itself but also the festival. I can recommend both.
And it was exciting to select what to watch because the list of shows was H-U-G-E and I mostly selected spontaneously and randomly (whatever was performed at the time and what fitted perfectly in my time windows).

I saw five shows, one of them twice however. And I enjoyed every one of them.
I wanted to visit more shows but they unfortunately either were sold out (like "Foil, Arms & Hog" ) or overlapped in their running times.

I want to pay a little tribute to the festival in general and to the artists I saw by putting them in one picture.

The shows I saw:

- The Backyard Story (Taiwanese puppet theater but with clothes instead of puppets)
- George Glass "Scientology The Musical" (musical)
- Mike & Aydin "North-South Divide" (seen twice) (culture clash comedy. BTW: I've already done a few fanarts about these guys and have also met them personally)
- MAC Theater Company "Binari - Memory of Mother" (Korean theater with music)
- Laughing Mirror "Guy Fawkes it up" (comedy theater)

Also I thought about including the performers on the street I saw who didn't have shows of their own but performed at the Royal Mile.
Ultimatelly I decided against it (would take more time than it already took to make this fanart now) but I pay some tribute to them in my compilation video I cut together of my videos shot of Edinburgh and the festival (---> www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2SsOw… ).
