Oh goody, it's time again for a "Draw it again!" meme!
And again, it's a very stupid kid's drawing that has to be the original here.
On the left you can see a drawing I did when I was about 5 or 6 years old. I have no idea why I did this and why this looks the way it is but this for sure is the wedding of my parents here. I can tell because the groom has a moustache like my dad and the bride has rather short brown hair like my mum. But I drew random wedding dresses for them. What a shame!
Why is my father saying "Papi" (Dad or Daddy) and my mother "Mami" (Mum or Mommy)???
I have no clue. My father suggests that these bubbles are suppoused to point to the characters, telling who they are. That's fair enough but why are they clearly speech bubbles?
And why are they standing on a kind of stage in front of an audience (guests, I think)??
Anyway, the remake is not only updated in drawing style but also in the look of the wedding couple: both groom and bride look like they actually looked like back then (I also checked out their wedding album again for this
).

Fun fact: Back then when I was a very small kid I always called the bride on my parents wedding photo "Oma" (Grandma) since the hair style was more like a Grandma hair style to me
