Yesterday my big sister turned 30 years old!
Congratulations!
For this anniversary I created this special vector picture about a pun I thought of some time ago.
She (the blonde woman on the right) sits with her husband (& my brother-in-law) in a noble restaurant called "Chez le Rendezwurst", where they mainly serve sausage of all kinds.
It's kind of a joke on the fact that my sister enjoys nearly everything edible - also lots of vegetables, fruits, tofu meals... - while her husband loves to eat meat the most
Oh and on the cake there is one of the funny cats the pair owns 
A little explanation:
"Rendezwurst" is, of course, based on "Rendezvous" which sounds familiar to the pun. And "wurst" means "sausage" in the German language.
What's said on the picture:
Waiter (in Bavarian German): "What do you wiiiish?"
My brother-in-law: "Sausage!"
