Munich - Brunch

Last Wednesday I spent the day in Munich.

No, NOT because of the famous and popular Oktoberfest.
The Oktoberfest can lick my ass.

I'm talking about a nice, relaxing day in Munich me and my big sister already promised our mother as a kind of present years ago.
So here we were, having a brunch, shopping and walking around the Marienplatz (Mary's Square if you like).
And it was a great day

This photo shows my breakfast - okay, brunch - at the "Backspielhaus".
It's called "Mannequin Breakfast" - entirely of fruits (blueberries, strawberries, honey melon, water melon, papaya, banana, kiwi, mango, rasperries and a glass of strawberry curd).
I also ordered some crossaints and a big cup of Oolong tea which can't be seen.
It is a kind of a mix of a café and a bakery.
There are several branches of it in Munich, but I chose the one I visited already: the big one in the part of Munich called "Bogenhausen", where we would not have to meet the Oktoberfest crowd, where there's enough space to sit outside

If you are curious go check it out someday!
It may not be the cheapest place to eat or to buy baked treats but your tongue and palate will thank for it
